ABA Program Director - Kennedy-Donovan Center - Foxboro, MA

Founded in 1969, the Kennedy-Donovan Center, Inc. provides a continuum of care from infancy through adulthood for individuals with disabilities in 50% of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Our Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) program utilizes evidence-based practices to promote independence with the individuals we serve. Services take place in home-and community-based settings and include 1:1 therapy, parent/caregiver training, and behavior consultation. Specific attention is given to functional outcomes, generalization of acquired skills, and family involvement.

The Director of Applied Behavior Analysis provides operational and clinical leadership to the ABA program. We are seeking motivated candidates who are committed to providing quality services that promote socially significant outcomes for the clients the program serves. This position is based out of our central office in Foxboro. Candidates must be willing to travel within our Foxboro and Bristol County catchment areas when needed.

Job Responsibilities:

Provide overall clinical and operational leadership to the ABA program
Collaborate with other KDC divisions to disseminate ABA principals and best practices
Supervise Behavior Therapists accruing supervised independent fieldwork hours toward their BCBA certification
Manage fiscal performance and productivity expectations of the division
Market services of the program to help meet community need
Oversee referral/intake processes to assign and schedule new clients
Develop and implement programmatic policy and procedure
Create and provide operational and clinical training to staff

Qualifications:

Master’s degree or higher from an accredited program in Psychology, Special Education, or a related field
Valid driver’s license
Current BCBA certification and licensure as a Massachusetts behavior analyst (LABA) is preferred
Management experience in an ABA practice, with a working knowledge of Organizational Behavior Management principals, is preferred
Experience utilizing Central Reach practice management and clinical software is preferred
Commitment to providing quality services with compassion and enthusiasm
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to work well independently and as a member of a team
