Assistant Director - Home and Community Connections - Western Massachusetts Training Consortium - Holyoke, MA

Home and Community Connections is currently seeking an Assistant Director in our Individual Options Division. The Assistant Director is responsible for program development and management of people living in a variety of independent situations. This includes the supervision of Program Managers; fulfillment of the program’s mission; establishing strategies to ensure people are primary decision makers; designing individualized supports for people to continue living as independently as possible through skill development; increasing personal social connections; and oversight of medical services and the ISP process while providing high quality care. This position involves a combination of direct management supervision and administrative responsibilities along with individual support management and scheduling experience. This is a full time, salaried position, requiring On-Call responsibilities.

A Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related required. Professional experience may be substituted for educational requirement. Minimum of four years’ experience in the field, with at least two years’ supervisory experience, ID/DD experience desirable.
