Assistant Director - Home & Community Connections - Western Massachusetts Training Consortium - Holyoke, MA

The Western Massachusetts Training Consortium, Home and Community Connections Division is currently seeking a qualified applicant for Assistant Director. The Assistant Director is responsible for program development and management of people living in a variety of situations. This includes the supervision of program Managers; fulfillment of the program’s mission; establishing strategies to ensure people are primary decision makers; designing individualized supports for people to continue living as independently as possible through skill development; increasing personal social connections; and oversight of medical services and the ISP process while providing a high quality of care. This position involves a combination of direct management supervision and administrative responsibilities. This is a full time, salaried position, also requiring on-call responsibilities.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related education required. Professional experience may be substituted for educational requirement. Minimum of four years’ experience in the field, minimum two years’ supervisory experience, ID/DD experience desirable. AA/EOE
