Full Time-40 hours 8a-4p
Assists individuals in the areas of independent living, self-management within the community, social and independent living skills development and affective and behavioral management. Assists in development and implementation of behavioral plans and provides behavioral management and intervention as required.
Bachelor’s degree or additional education in the field (s) of psychology, social work, nursing, or special education required. Master’s degree preferred and evidence of ABA professional training. Minimum of 4 years prior experience in behavior intervention. Strong analytical skills. Strong knowledge of computer software applications including Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word. Strong interpersonal skills. Ability to document behavioral management. Ability to physically restrain/handle aggressive individuals or individuals with behavioral needs. Valid driver’s license in the state of Massachusetts required. Successful completion of all state and Agency mandated trainings required upon hire.
