Provides leadership, vision, development, and overall management of all Human Resource activities and staff and reinforces the Agency’s culture, values, and mission through the delivery of HR programs and services. Develop innovative approaches and ideas for all aspects of HR. Supports the Agency’s mission, vision, values and operational objectives through HR strategies and programs designed to position and maintain the Agency as an industry leader known for recruiting and retaining quality staff.
Minimum of BS degree.10+ years progressive human resources experience.Master’s Degree preferred.Requires direct proven experience and success in all functional areas of Human Resources.Demonstrated success in identifying, selecting and retaining a diverse group of talented employees as well as knowledge of leading-edge recruitment and retention strategies.Demonstrated success in implementing and managing change and growth within organizations.Strong knowledge of applicable employment laws, regulations and processes related to hiring, managing and firing employees. Knowledge of employment, employee relations, compensation, benefits and process improvements and re-engineering.Requires proficiency in the Microsoft Applications Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and HRIS systems.
