Manage all aspects of Vocational Services and Community Based Day Supports to maximize the independence and employability of individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities.
Master’s degree in any subject and five (5) years of professional experience in counseling, job placement, Vocational evaluation or rehabilitation OR Bachelor’s degree in related field with equivalent work experience. Minimum five (5) years’ prior experience working with adults with disabilities including conducting assessments, performing community outreach and managing job placements. Valid driver’s license in the state of Massachusetts. Strong performance management skills. Ability to teach and model occupational tasks
