Delta Projects, Inc. is hiring for a Facilities Manager to oversee the maintenance of our residential homes supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Delta promotes dignity and respect for each individual while also focusing on individual needs, hopes and desires.
The Facilities Manager is responsible for performing diversified duties in order to maintain Delta Projects’ property and operations while ensuring the safety procedures are adhered to at all times.
Direct and contribute to the day-to-day activities of maintenance, landscaping, snow removal, and other physical plant related operations at all properties owned/leased by Delta Projects.
Maintain accurate records of property conditions including roof, HVAC, utilities and special circumstances.
Maintain complete and accurate property files and records with an emphasis on documentation for future reference. Coordinate with administrative staff on organizational procedures for processing and distributing information. Provide prompt, detailed and accurate general status reports on all properties.
Engage, contract, supervise and approve invoices for all goods/services required to maintain the properties in accordance with organizational standards. Develop a network of emergency services and be available for on-call coverage as necessary. Supervise on-site maintenance technicians when utilized at Delta Projects’ properties. Develop specifications and continually evaluate service needs and performance in all areas of maintenance and management. Forecast and manage replacement of major capital expense items including HVAC systems, roof systems, driveway surfaces, etc.
Coordinate requests for repairs and maintenance from field based managers.

Applicants must have a High School Diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license with a safe, reliable, registered and insured vehicle and be able to pass a criminal background and driving record.
