Delta Projects, Inc. is hosting a Job Fair on Monday, May 21st from 8am-10am, & 3pm-7pm at 118 Allied Drive, Dedham, MA 02035.
We are seeking qualified candidates for the following full-time positions: Direct Support Professionals (DSP) and Residential Managers (Coordinators). We do also have some part-time DSP positions available.
Delta Projects, Inc. is a nonprofit supporting individuals with disabilities in a residential setting.
DSPs and Coordinators are responsible for maintaining a safe, supportive and therapeutic environment which fosters growth and development while facilitating mutual aid and self-help skills among individuals. The primary role is to provide the appropriate supports tailored to the needs and desires of each individual to enable each to live as independently as possible. As part of their training, DSPs and Coordinators are able to recognize when an individual is in a crisis and use the appropriate psychiatric and medical back up services to de-escalate the situation.
Applicants should bring an updated resume and a valid driver's license (permits not accepted) and be prepared to interview.
Job Requirements
Must have experience working with individuals with disabilities, reliable transportation, valid driver's license, High School Diploma or GED, and pass a background check and job assessment test.
