Lead Staff - Western Massachusetts Training Consortium’s Home & Community Connections - South Haldey, MA

The Western Massachusetts Training Consortium’s Home & Community Connections is currently seeking to hire a Lead Staff to work in the South Hadley area within our 24-hour Supports Model. The Lead Staff member provides direct care and support to persons with developmental disabilities, while providing support to the Program Manager in day to day operations of the home where they work. This position is considered full-time at 32 hours per week.

Requirements for the position include: A high school diploma/G.E.D; a minimum of six months direct care experience working with people with developmental disabilities and or Autism; a valid Massachusetts driver’s license and reliable transportation; MAP, CPR and First Aid certification.
