Full Time 40 Hours
In partnership with residential and home support management, implements a comprehensive system of highly personalized residential supports which create a safe and therapeutic environment for program participants. Monitors and evaluates the quality and appropriateness of social services provided to program caregivers and participants and oversees daily programmatic operations.
Bachelor’s degree in human services or related field required. Master’s degree in relevant healthcare discipline. Valid driver’s license in the state of Massachusetts required. Successful completion of all state and Agency mandated trainings required upon hire.
