Nonotuck Resource Associates is looking to add a Placement Specialist to our growing statewide agency. The position requires travel throughout the Western Mass region.
Responsibilities : recruit & screen individuals wishing to become a shared living or adult family care provider; completing the qualification process for applicants; maintaining an ongoing list of qualified applicants; in concert with Program Director, facilitate matching process for people referred including individual and family members in their home; attending staff, DDS and transition meetings.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college and 2 years’ recent experience; knowledge of regulatory requirements; knowledge of statistics, survey design and data collection; ability to work with diverse types of individuals and opinions; display high standards of ethical conduct, initiative, effort and commitment. Computer skills, organizational planning, travel, as well as excellent communication skills are necessary.
