Residential Cluster Director
The Residential Cluster Director will oversee 5-6 residential programs for adults with intellectual, developmental and physical disabilities within the Metrowest area. As the Residential Cluster Director, you will oversee the operational, financial and administrative operations of the residential programs. In addition, provide supervision, training and evaluation of staff to ensure person-centered programming for persons-served.

Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a health/human service-related field and three years’ experience in the human services field, with at least two years of experience in a supervisory role.
Valid driver’s license
Successful completion of all state and agency mandated trainings.

It currently offers job training and placement for adults, operates 28 residential homes, provides day programs for those with significant needs and holds vacation and after school programs for children. With locations in Needham and Natick, Charles River serves people from over 30 MetroWest towns.
