Full Time 40 Hours
Within assigned residence, implements a comprehensive system of highly personalized residential supports that creates a safe and therapeutic environment for program participants with complex, behavioral or medical needs including, but not limited to, medically frail or elderly residents, individuals with acquired brain injury, individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities, or individuals with other related clinical or behavioral diagnoses.
Bachelor’s degree preferred. Minimum 3 years prior experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, traumatic brain injury, or other unique challenges in a community-based setting. Prior supervisory experience preferred. Ability and willingness to provide hands-on personal care. Must be able to effectively communicate in both verbal and written form with coworkers and supported individuals and read fluently. Valid driver’s license in the state of Massachusetts required. Successful completion of all state and Agency mandated trainings required upon hire. Successful completion of Medication Administration Training certification required upon hire.
