Vice President of ASPiRE - Seven Hills Foundation - Worcester, MA

Overview

Provides overall planning, direction and supervision of the Seven Hills Aspire subsidiary whose key elements include: Career Education and Training, Integrated Work Sites, Day Habilitation Services, Evaluation and Job Placement, Rehabilitation Services, Transportation Services, Adult Day Health Services,Stearns Tavern Project as well as the partnership with the Worcester Art Museum.

Responsibilities

Under the general supervision of the Sr. VP, following established policies and guidelines, the VP of Seven Hills Aspire maintains the quality of affiliate practices and operations.

Organizes and coordinates the preparation of all affiliate practices for review by government and independent regulatory groups as related to programmatic requirements.

Provides administration and management of operations of all assigned programs and services in the affiliate through the supervision of affiliate leadership team.

Works with affiliate leadership in monitoring all aspects of employee recruitment, employment and discharge.

Leads the development of the ASPIRE program model.

Develops new programs throughout the state targeting emerging populations such as those on the TBI and Autism waiver.

Ensures compliance and creativity in transitioning from center-based work.

Ensures the quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of all programs and services provided by affiliate; supports program staff and AVP’s.

With the Executive Vice President and Chief Fiscal Officer/CFO, coordinates and directs related subsidiary budgets and monitors program expenditures in accordance with established budgets.

Prepares assigned administrative reports including the programmatic components of proposals, contracts and grants for subsidiary programs.

Represents Seven Hills as a member of the Senior Leadership team under the direction of the President/CEO of Seven Hills Foundation.

Qualifications

Minimum Master’s Degree in Human Services or related field with 10+ years of proven management experience in the operations of the above stated and related services. Doctoral degree preferred. Experience in program development, personnel management and financial management is also required.
