The ADDP Residential Committee meets regularly for a group-directed discussion of issues that affect the operation of residential supports, including Shared Living and Transportation. The members are Directors of Residential Services who work on both standing operational issues as well as recent developments that affect the delivery of residential services. Conversations focus on the exploration and development of best practices, in topic areas such as staffing, supervision, DDS policies, scheduling, ratios, QUEST, rates, utilization, vacancy, diversity, MAP, medical supports, quality measurement, PBS, service coordination, ISPs, incident management, HCSIS, regulatory changes, etc. It is a standing committee that provides feedback and updates from the field to the board of ADDP.
