As a member of the nursing and care management team, provides nursing services to facilitate the screening of new foster homes and participants; assists with matching and placement services and maintains services to participants, as needed.
Registered Nurse licensed by the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Nursing.Minimum 2 years prior nursing experience in the direct care of the elderly or disabled adults.Must be able to effectively communicate in both verbal and written form with coworkers and supported individuals and read fluently.Valid driver’s license in the state of Massachusetts required.Successful completion of all state and Agency mandated trainings required upon hire.Successful completion of Medication Administration Training certification required upon hire.Must be compassionate and patient.
