Brockton Area Arc is seeking a qualified candidate for the role of Community Based Day Support (CBDS) Coordinator. This position will assist individuals of varying abilities in exploring and identifying meaningful recreational and social activities in the community and on-site services. This role in an integral part of providing support and skill development to participants in the program. The qualified candidate for this position will act as an advocate to protect the rights and interests of the people served and participate in carrying out support plans based on each person’s needs and goals.

What you need:
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
- At least 3 years’ experience and/or training in working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Valid driver license
- Computer literate, preferable in Microsoft Office for documentation and strong data entry skills.
- Must have the ability to troubleshoot computer issues and have ability to learn and comprehend new computer programs.
