Compliance Coordinator - Bradston Day Habilitation - Sign-on Bonus - Bay Cove Human Services - Boston, MA

Essential Functions of Position:

  • Ensures compliance with Day Habilitation Regulations and Bay Cove policies with the documentation, data collection and maintenance of participant records.
  • Trains assigned program staff in the development and implementation of Day Habilitation Service Plan goals and objectives. Works with the interdisciplinary team to collect documents related to: referral, pre-admission, admission, service needs assessments, quarterly progress notes, Day Habilitation Service Plans, and discharges for review and approval at monthly interdisciplinary team meetings. Notifies others of IDT documentation requirements.
  • Prepares and facilitate monthly Interdisciplinary Team Meetings, including preparing agenda and writing meeting minutes for all Day Habilitation Programs.
  • Updates and uploads documents to individuals’ electronic files in a manner to ensure all documents are properly uploaded and accessible within server and BayCis. Obtains required signatures for IDT documents including consultants, guardians, participants, and Primary Care Physicians. Develops tools to record data and supervise record keeping in order to measure progress towards objectives and provide detailed data to stakeholders.
  • Completes quality management reviews of records in preparation for audits and site visits. Implement and monitor all QA functions including CARF, MassHealth, DDS and Bay Cove standards.
  • Maintains good working relationships with representatives of funding sources and collaborating programs, including representing Bay Cove and the program at official meetings with funders and other providers.
  • Performs operations duties as assigned, including ordering supplies needed to implement objectives. Provides program coverage during crisis and as assigned by the Director of Day Habilitation, as needed.
  • Other duties as requested by the Director of Day Habilitation or senior LTSS Services management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Human Services or a related field preferred.
  • Demonstrated professional writing, interpersonal, communication, oral presentation, clinical and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet preparation.
