Cape Abilities desires the finest RN’s and LPN’s to support our day habilitation program teams in Falmouth, Hyannis and Eastham. If that’s you, you'll provide medical oversight to the day program under the supervision of the Director of Nursing, consult with day hab staff regarding health issues of individuals in accordance with the Department of Developmental Services (DDS), Medication Administration Program (MAP) and Agency policies, and provides direct oversight and training of staff on shift in meeting individual needs.
