Responsibilities and Duties

The Consortium’s Home & Community Connections division is currently seeking motivated individuals interested in providing assistance and personal care for individuals with developmental disabilities. Full time, Part-time and Relief (Per Diem) positions are available in the Greater Holyoke and Belchertown areas. Evening, overnight and weekend hours available. Qualifications and Skills
