Seeking a goal-driven, community oriented professional to join our dynamic team
Responsibilties:
- Assume primary responsibility for oversight of all Employment Services and Community Based Day Services for individuals with disabilities who are working in the community or are preparing for work through vocational or transition services
- Oversee a team of staff that actively network with businesses to secure jobs for individuals with disabilities or develop on-the-job training sessions based in best practice strategies
- Develop community-based day services (CBDS) and transition to work services for individuals referred by funders and schools
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in related human services field; master’s preferred.
- Five (5) years’ management experience.
- Experience or knowledge of employment services for individuals with disabilities.
- Commitment to provide employment services that promote community and social integration is critical.
