The Charles River Center is looking for an experienced Registered Nurse to oversee the provision of health services throughout the agency. This is a new position and one that will likely evolve over time. The right candidate should have strong leadership abilities and several years of management experience with demonstrated flexibility in collaborating with multiple departments in community settings. This is senior management level position and will report to the Chief Operating Officer.
Requirement: RN plus Master’s Degree in a health related discipline
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in community-based LTSS
Previous leadership experience with demonstrated managerial ability is required
Previous experience with I/DD population
Experience with Electronic Heath Records (HER) systems
Duties include but are not limited to:
Evaluate, design and implement effective and efficient oversight systems
Regulation compliance
Management of financial resources
Quality assurance
Develop annual Health Services plan and outcome measurements
Risk management
Policies and procedures (adherence and development)
Occasional clinical care of individuals (treatments, assessments)
Agency level communication with funders, doctors, and families as requested by COO
Oversee Medication Administration Program compliance and audit system (develop an audit system as needed)
Develop, implement, and oversee health care management in all programs and services
Ensure quality health care services to all individuals at CRC
Licensing and CARF compliance
Co-supervision of nursing staff
Excellent written and oral communication skills
