Requirements:
- For Haitian Family Support Center to provide navigation services per diem for several families in the community.
- Service navigators provide navigation to families who need more than Information and referral in order to access supports or solve problems.
- Provides individualized guidance and support and problem solving assistance while helping families access and coordinate potential community resources and services catered to each family.
- The hour vary in frequency and time.
- May speak Creole or French.
- A COVID-19 vaccination is a requirement of the position. One COVID-19 shot is acceptable, contingent on the individual receiving the second shot within the allotted time frame.
