Mon-Fri Hrs vary 40 hrs/wk
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing vocational evaluation, placement, and school-to-career services for individuals.
- Establishing and maintaining effective communication with Massachusetts Rehabilitation Commission (MRC) and school district personnel.
- Conducting and/or overseeing comprehensive vocational evaluation and placement for students and referrals for MRC.
- Assisting in the screening, interviewing, and hiring of new Employment Services staff.
Requirements:
- B.A. and one year experience in a vocational rehabilitation or supported employment program.
- 5 years' experience in a rehabilitation program, supported employment program, or related field accepted as a substitute for educational requirements.
- Valid drivers license and insured vehicle.
