(Full Time 40 hrs./week)
MCS is an organization that provides support to individuals with developmental disabilities. Working as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide services to adults diagnosed with ID/DD living in residential programs. Responsibilities include writing & reviewing Behavior Modification Plans, conducting FBA’s & Data charts. Training staff on behavior modification plans, positive behavior supports (PBS), & Safety Care Training. Must have a Master’s Degree in Education, Psychology, or other Human Service related field; Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA); At least 3-5 years of experience in this field; Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
