In conjunction with residential management, provides a comprehensive system of residential services creating a safe and therapeutic environment that fosters the development of human dignity and focuses on personal wellbeing.
Valid Registered Nursing License in the state of Massachusetts. Minimum 2 years prior experience working in a medical setting as a registered nurse. Valid driver’s license in the state of Massachusetts. Demonstrated experience in community health nursing, visiting nursing and/or nursing specific to individuals with unique developmental or traumatic brain injury challenges. Successful completion of all state and Agency mandated trainings. Ability to complete state mandated certification program to teach coursework developed by the Department of Public Health (DPH) Medication Administration Program. Ability to travel to residential homes throughout Cape Cod to provide medical clinical assessments. Ability to provide hands-on personal care
