Overview

Join ADDP Business Member, Insource Services, Inc. as they provide an overview of the final regulation for the Paid Family Leave Act and what you need to do to get prepared. They will discuss the ongoing and new significant employer responsibilities in regards to Mass PFMLA management and coordination with other employer leave responsibilities. Employers need to be prepared to manage these issues as of January 1, 2021.

Your Trainers

Christine Pearson, HR Director

As a senior member of the HR team, Christine brings 25 years of experience in employee relations, acquisitions, benefit administration, policy development, recruiting & retention, training & development, performance management and organizational development. She has worked for small to mid-sized companies in the non-profit, healthcare, food services and travel industries. She excels in employee relations and growing companies rapidly by creating systems and processes that align with company operations. Christine takes pride in being a trusted advisor working to resolve client issues and working to make a difference at their companies.

Christine holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Albany and a Master of Science degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology from the University at Baltimore.

Jessica Sullivan, HR Consultant

At Insource, Jessica works as part of the HR team to coordinate the implementation of services, policies, and programs that assist our clients. She also stays on top of compliance issues and advises and updates clients on changes to personnel policies and procedures.

With experience in higher education, startups, and insurance, Jessica uses her passion for helping people and her strong communication skills to guide clients through tricky employee relations situations.

Jessica has a BA in English Literature from St. Anselm College, Manchester, NH
