The Charles River Center is seeking an individual to provide leadership and direction in quality improvement efforts and compliance activities. The Director of QA will develop, implement and oversee an internal audit system that monitors compliance to standards, analyze data, as well as identify and create practices that improve programmatic outcomes. Experience is outcome driven analysis is preferred. The Director will work with each of CRC’s service departments to ensure each is meeting and exceeding certification and survey standards. This role will provide supervision to a QA Coordinator.
The ideal candidate must have extensive knowledge of IDD services, including residential, day and employment, day habilitation and family support services. Candidate must be highly organized, able to balance many competing projects, flexible, able to quickly switch priorities, and is able to make data driven decisions following a strategic plan. Experience with HCSIS and electronic medical records (EMR) systems is beneficial. Reports directly to the President of Charles River.
Qualifications:
• Five or more years’ experience in a Quality Assurance Role
• Bachelor’s Degree required, Master’s Degree preferred
• Previous experience working with multiple IDD service programs is necessary
• Supervisory experience is preferred
